As a business owner or executive, you have to ask yourself three fundamental and critical questions:

1) Do the people I interact with mirror the vision and mission I have created in their conversations and actions?

2) Is my business revenue, cash flow and profit growing to its utmost potential while staying in control?

3) Am I at a tipping-point stage in my business where I am not sure what to do and in what sequence to advance my company?

If you don’t like the answer to any of those questions, that is where we come in. Sometimes it looks like putting a strategic plan in place – be it a business plan, a marketing plan or buttoning down operations. Sometimes it looks like identifying the challenges that come from not growing the business and, yes, sometimes from growing it too fast – through a business assessment. It may look like strategic identification and creation of brand and culture, which could include leadership, staff and/or employee development. Sometimes it looks like establishing systems and processes around sales, marketing, operations, accounts receivable management or finance.

We have a clear understanding of what it takes to grow a business with controlled velocity while maintaining high integrity and we understand the challenges that comes with each milestone that a company must face.

The fact is, we seldom get a call asking me to come by a business to confirm how great it is. It usually involves something being broken in some way and an opportunity for transformation.

What drives us? That each business owner, executive, employee, vendor or client I/we interact with is left transformed in such a way that they see all new possibilities that they never imagined before – for themselves, their company, their family and for the world.
